After traveling for what seemed like several days, we finally made it to London! We’re staying in a flat in the Notting Hill area and are preparing to venture out for the first time.  First thought… jet lag sucks.  So did the angry rude British woman who sat across the row at me who kept saying terrible things to the flight attendants (one of whom was almost a dead ringer for Alan Cumming).
